Shipping Domestic

Most in-stock items currently ship from our warehouse 7-10 business days after your order is placed online, and standard shipping typically means there will be a 3-5 business day delivery timeframe.  We ship only to the lower 48 continental United Stated.  We do NOT ship to Alaska & Hawaii.

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

At this time we do NOT ship International, we ship only to the lower 48 continental United States.

 

Returns

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 30 DAYS of delivery for a refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, for the returned item and replacement. In order to return your item, email us at:   MTH@MatthewTaylorsHome.com

 

STANDARD RETURNS

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include furniture, select oversize items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.

 

If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home a couple of weeks, no problem. Simply email us at: MTH@MatthewTaylorsHome.com for approval and shopping instructions, and ship it back to us.  Once we have received your item, you will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge.

 

EXCHANGES

For all other exchanges, simply email us at: MTH@MatthewTaylorsHome.com and place an order for the item you'd like in exchange.
